Continuous Conveyor Model Shot Blasting Machines

Useful for :

These Airless Blast Cleaning Machines are useful  where a single side is to be shot blasted at a time. Though options of multiple side shot blasting at a time are also available. The output of this model is much faster than the traditional Table model shot blasting machines for the smaller components such as : brake Disk Pads etc.

Process :

Components are loaded on a conveyor belt from one side and unloaded from other side of the machine and in between these get shot blasted on the way.

A gyro screen can be added to use it as a Shot Peening Machine. These machines are most suitable where the Table model shot blasting machines are not capable to meet the quantity / rush of components.
